Rough Common Village HallCanterbury, Kent

Welcome to Rough Common Village Hall in the quiet, Kentish village of Rough Common, situated a few miles outside of the historic and UNESCO World Heritage site of Canterbury. The building comprises a versatile and well-equipped village hall, perfect for functions, art classes or meetings and a popular and well attended pre-school. Attached to the hall is a large recreation ground with cricket pitch, car-park, and a children's play area.

Exploring Options for a Bar

As the village no longer has a pub, the committee that manages the village hall is exploring opportunities for a social club bar to be set up! More information coming soon.

Play Equipment

The hall has a small children's playground which is currently being tidied up after summer growth of weeds and is having additional soft bark laid. Whilst these activities are taking place, the playground is closed. The village hall committee are also considering how the facilities could be improved. More information coming soon.
